Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Evergreen Solitaire (the “App”) handles information. The App is designed to work without an account, advertising, or behavioral analytics.

Information stored on your device

The App stores saved games, challenge progress, statistics, appearance and sound settings, and a locally cached Supporter Pack status on your device. This information provides App features and is not uploaded by Evergreen Solitaire. You can remove it by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.

Purchases and information processed by others

If you view, buy, or restore the optional Evergreen Supporter Pack, Google Play and RevenueCat process the transaction. Evergreen Solitaire does not receive or store your payment-card number. These services may process an anonymous app user identifier, product and purchase information, entitlement status, app, store and device information, IP address, and purchase-service diagnostics as necessary to provide and validate purchases, prevent fraud, and operate their services.

The web version may also request font files from Google’s font service when it is online.

How information is used and shared

Purchase-related information is used to complete purchases, restore access, and unlock Supporter Pack cosmetics. It is shared only with service providers needed for those functions, including Google Play and RevenueCat. Evergreen Solitaire does not sell personal information, show ads, or use personal information for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear App storage or uninstall the App. Purchase records and related service data are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their policies and legal obligations. To request deletion of purchase-service information associated with the App, contact the developer using the Developer contact email on Evergreen Solitaire’s Google Play listing. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security

Purchase communications use the secure connections supplied by Google Play and RevenueCat. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but the App limits data handling to what is needed for its features.

Children’s privacy

Evergreen Solitaire is a general-audience card game and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the App or its services change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
