Terms of Use
Effective July 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Evergreen Solitaire (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Using the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or its purchase services, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Gameplay and availability
Daily challenge deals are intended to be solvable, while randomly generated Free Play deals may not be. Game saves, statistics, progress, streaks, trophies, and settings are generally stored on your device and may be lost if App data is cleared, the App is uninstalled, or a device is lost or changed. Features and challenge content may be corrected, changed, or discontinued over time.
Evergreen Supporter Pack
The optional Evergreen Supporter Pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks cosmetic content. It does not provide gameplay advantages. “Lifetime” means access for as long as the App and the relevant store and purchase services continue to support that content; it does not guarantee that the App will be available forever.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms. Prices are displayed before purchase. Refunds, where available, are handled under Google Play’s policies and applicable law. Purchases are non-transferable except through store-supported restoration or account features.
Intellectual property
The App, including its name, interface, artwork, software, sounds, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as permitted above.
Third-party services
The App relies on services such as Google Play and RevenueCat for purchases. Their own terms and policies apply. The developer is not responsible for outages or changes to third-party services outside the developer’s reasonable control.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of locally stored progress or data, arising from use of the App. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the App, services, or law. Continued use after updated Terms are published means you accept them. Your permission to use the App ends if you materially violate these Terms.
Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to the Developer contact email displayed on Evergreen Solitaire’s Google Play store listing.
